  • 1837

The Conference Proceeding Book will be published online by Springer Nature.

Submission of a full paper is optional.

If you are interested in submitting a full paper for the Proceeding Book, please find the attached tex template and use it for your paper.

The deadline for the full-paper submission is Monday, October 24, 2022. (There will be no extension of this deadline.)

To be considered for the proceeding, your full paper should be prepared using the attached tex template and should be submitted by the deadline.

All source files (tex file and figure file(s)) are needed. As for the format of the paper, please see the attached sample paper.

We will announce where to submit your paper soon.

Please consider the following guideline carefully. (This guideline can be revised at any time for clarity.)

(1) The full paper should be prepared with the attached tex template. Any types of figure files can be used as long as they are compatible with tex.

(2) Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed, and they can be accepted for publication if they are recommended for publication.

(3) Submission of a full paper implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

(4) Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
