Presentation Guideline
APPC15 consists of plenary talks, invited talks, contributed talks, and poster presentations.
Each registered participant can present one presentation (either a talk or a poster).
- A plenary talk is 30 minutes long including questions and answers.
- An invited talk is 30 minutes long including questions and answers.
- A contributed talk is 15 minutes long including questions and answers.
For all talks, the Zoom platform will be used to provide live talks and live questions and
answer.
For all poster presentation, the zep.us metaverse
platform will be used. In addition, all posters and short explaining audios (mp3 file up to 5
minutes) will be posted in the conference website throughout the week.
Poster Presentation Guideline
Poster presenters are required to submit their poster presentations in the following format.
- (1) Deadline for Presentation File Submission: July 31
- (2) Format of the file: pptx or ppt file up to 8 pages in wide screen mode (16:9).
- All presenters must submit their poster file as a pptx or ppt file format. It is not a single page but up to 8 pages.
- The first page of the presentation file must include the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) of the poster.
- (3) Optional audio file explaining the poster: mp3 file format up to 5 minutes.
- Submission of the audio file is optional.
- (4) How to submit: A poster submission link will open at the conference website soon.
Information on the Poster Session
- (1) The zep.us metaverse platform will be used for the poster session.
- (2) During the poster sessions, poster presenters are required to be near their posters at the metaverse poster session so that they can explain their posters and answer questions.
- (3) In addition, poster presentations and (optional) explaining audios will be posted on the conference website.

How to Upload Your Poster Presentation File
- Log in with your APPC15 account and click the ‘Poster Presentation File Submission’ button on the Presentation Guideline page.
- Only presenters who have completed their registration will able to submit their poster pptx and audio file.
- After uploading your files, please make sure to check the submitted files on “My page”.
