Payment Methods

Credit Card
  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB through online registration system.
  • Participants can make payment on any browser in WINDOWS. Other PC environments (e.g. MAC OS) are not possible due to the security program installation.
Bank Transfer
  • The transfer must be made under the registrant’s name only and must be stated on the receipt.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
  • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should send to the secretariat(info@appc15.org) via email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • ‘Cancellation of Registration’ should be sent in writing to the Secretariat(info@appc15.org). Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy.
  • Please note that all service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount and all approved refunds will be issued after the conference.
